Long-term care homes depend on agency staff and deserve to know, to the minute, what they are paying for. Agencies deserve to be paid promptly for the hours their people actually worked. Both are easier when the record is made once, at the home, and shared by everyone who needs it.
Not a trial and not a tier. The platform is funded by the agencies that use it to receive requests and bill, per completed shift.
The same request, the same kiosk, the same invoice flow for every vendor, so a home's data is comparable and a vendor's process is predictable.
Hosted in Toronto, built around Ontario's direct care hour requirements and the way homes and agencies here actually work.
